Air Travel
Airtrack Services Ltd is licensed by the government appointed body, the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) to provide air travel packages. The Air Travel Organisers License (ATOL) is issued only after considerable financial analysis by the CAA to ensure a high level of financial security and the provision of a bond. The air holidays and flights shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 2985. ATOL Protection extends primarily to customers who book and pay in the United Kingdom. Airtrack is also a member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) which authorises companies to issue airline tickets on behalf of the airlines. No company can issue scheduled airline tickets without this licence.
Surface Travel
To conform to the stringent EU Directive we have established a Trust Fund for all non air travel bookings. Although the ATOL bond is not applicable for surface travel your money is stored in this account until you return safely from your holiday.
